The bed was very fine and the room was reasonably spacious. Bedroom was large and staff were outstandingly accommodating. The location was marvellous, to stores or restaurants and the interior design was lovely. Further, it was short walk to the open gondola, the hill and Durango on a budget.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ferringway Resort Condominiums. The location was perfect, just a couple of miles from downtown Durango and next to Ft. Lewis College. The condo was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was easy, even though we arrived late. The view from our condo may not have been great, but the convenient location made up for it. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Weather cool. Hot tub close. Efficient room layout. Porch with pine smell. Fresh air, quiet surroundings. Hassle-free late check-in. Friendly staff. Good parking. Well-equipped kitchen. Well-maintained pool, hot tub, and rec area. Good WiFi. Direct Ethernet plug-in. Wood-burning fireplace with supplied wood. Close to town center, away from traffic. Would stay again.

We recently stayed at this resort during Christmas and had a great experience! The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The location of the resort was also great, being close to all the main attractions in town. We were able to easily drive to the train station and explore the area without any hassle. it was a wonderful and cozy place to spend our Christmas vacation.
There were a couple of issues that we encountered during our stay. the heating system in the condo was on a timer and couldn't be adjusted.
